At IGLU Soft Play, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our active play equipment. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the soft play shapes back into their original packaging, ensuring all pieces are clean and securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label to the box and send it back to us via a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
